Torsten Posselt (b. 1979, Dresden) is a graphic designer, visual artist, and art director. He studied visual communication and printmaking at the University of Arts, Berlin (UdK).

In 2011 he co-founded FELD, a Berlin-based design studio, where he served as managing partner and design director until 2019 — leading brand identity and design projects for Reebok, Volkswagen, the Fraunhofer Institute, and the Barbican Centre. He founded Studio Torsten Posselt in 2020 to work under his own name and on his own terms.

Posselt works across branding, editorial, and packaging – with art direction as the discipline that holds it together. His visual identities give organisations a coherent language to work from; his artwork for Nils Frahm and Ólafur Arnalds, released through labels including Erased Tapes, Mercury KX, and Leiter, has become part of how listeners understand those artists, inseparable from the music.

He lectures and runs workshops on design process and packaging. His work appears in MIN – The New Simplicity in Graphic Design and Collector's Edition – Innovative Packaging and Graphics by Stuart Tolley as well as Album Art – New Music Graphics by John Foster, published by Thames and Hudson.
